I'm Kyle Naughtrip. I grew up watching my parents run small businesses. My dad's soccer retail store — one of the largest in the country. My mom's interior design company. Working there through high school and college taught me what it actually takes to run a business. I saw how hard they worked. And I saw how marketing always fell to the bottom of the list — not because they didn't care, but because the options weren't built for them.

After college, I spent 15 years doing marketing at scale. I was employee #184 at Uber, where I led experiential marketing in New York City. I managed a $7 million Verizon-NFL partnership at one of the country's top experiential agencies. I scaled a consumer brand from zero to $2.4 million in its first year. I've seen what works at every level.
