Website build & care
A new website or redesign is a project. Ongoing care covers smaller updates to an existing site, such as copy changes, image swaps and form fixes.

Google Search and Facebook or Instagram campaigns can support the ongoing plan. Management is an add-on; the advertising budget is separate.
Email & follow-up projects
A welcome series, inquiry reply, email-platform connection or custom sequence can make a specific part of your follow-up easier to manage.
Focused website reviews
A technical SEO audit examines issues such as indexing and site performance. A conversion audit reviews the path from a page visit to an inquiry. These are deeper, separately scoped projects beyond the initial Discovery Sprint.

No. The fit call gives us a chance to discuss your business and what you need help with. If we are a fit, the paid Discovery Sprint gives you a plan and a recommendation before you choose ongoing work.
Can I bring you one project?
Yes. Tell us what you need on the fit call. We will clarify the scope and the right next step before you commit to the work.
What if I need direction more than day-to-day help?
Bring that to the fit call. The Discovery Sprint is the paid starting point for assessing your marketing and setting priorities. If you need further leadership support, we can discuss what that would involve after the initial work is clear.
Do you work outside Cincinnati?
Yes. Sidekick is based in Cincinnati and serves Greater Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky. We are also open to businesses elsewhere when the work and working relationship are a good fit.
