By accessing or using the Sidekick Marketer website at sidekickmarketer.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Sidekick Marketer provides marketing strategy and execution services for local businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to, search engine optimization, Google Business Profile management, social media management, content marketing, paid advertising, and marketing audits.

Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements signed between Sidekick Marketer and each client.

Discovery Sprint

The Discovery Sprint is a one-time paid engagement ($1,500) that includes a comprehensive marketing audit and strategic roadmap. If you choose to continue with a monthly service package, the full Discovery Sprint fee is credited toward your first month. The Discovery Sprint is required before beginning any monthly service engagement.

Engagement terms

Monthly service packages require a minimum four-month commitment. After the initial four months, services continue on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled with 30 days' written notice. Specific terms are outlined in your service agreement.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. The Discovery Sprint is billed at the time of booking. Monthly services are billed at the beginning of each service month. Applicable setup fees are billed at the start of the engagement.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Sidekick Marketer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Work product created specifically for your business during a paid engagement (ad copy, strategy documents, creative assets) belongs to you upon full payment.

You agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
Attempt to interfere with or compromise the website's security or functionality
Submit false or misleading information through our forms
Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without permission

Results disclaimer

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors including your industry, competition, budget, market conditions, and the quality of your products or services. While we use proven strategies and work diligently on behalf of our clients, we cannot guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue increases. Any case studies or results mentioned on this website reflect specific client outcomes and are not guarantees of future performance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sidekick Marketer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.
