How this works.

This retainer covers small updates such as photo swaps, form fixes, price changes, and sections built within an existing template. It also includes quarterly site health and content checks.

2 prepaid hours per month

Copy edits, image swaps, new sections in existing templates, form changes, small bug fixes, content updates. Use them or save them within the month. Hours don't roll over.

Priority response within 1 business day

Request comes in via Slack or email, you get acknowledgment within one business day with timing. No waiting in a project queue.

Quarterly site health check

Performance scan, technical SEO check, accessibility review, form validation, mobile testing. Documented findings each quarter.

Quarterly content review

We walk through your services, pricing, CTAs, faculty/staff pages, event pages. Flag what's outdated, missing, or off-brand.

Beyond-retainer rate at $135/hr

If a month runs heavier than 2 hours, additional work bills at $135/hr, agreed in writing before we start. No surprise invoices.
